Bedrooms at The Newington

The Newington Hotel offers 44 en-suite bedrooms, all finished to the highest standard. Retaining its period Georgian features, each room is tastefully decorated to create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We have a lift to all of the main floors which is ideal for guests with wheelchairs or mobility problems. It also ensures that our guests with children are able to easily access their rooms with prams and pushchairs.

Our Rooms

You can choose from a variety of bedrooms including single, twin or double and family rooms which can sleep 3-4 guests. We have a delightful Coach-House at the bottom of the courtyard, where 14 of our rooms are located.

Each room features its own private en-suite bathroom, stocked with high quality toiletries. In your room you will also find a hairdryer, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities for your convenience.

We have a small number of exclusive feature rooms, most overlooking the racecourse, and each furnished with a sumptuous four poster bed and a Jacuzzi bath.
